A brush stroke technique called hakeme is used on the inside of the pieces, giving each piece its own unique character.

In order to bring out the natural color of the clay, a transparent glaze is used on the inside.

This product is fired at over 1200 degrees and made from red clay, which contains a high iron content. 

 This design can enhance the beauty of any meal from a wide range of cuisines, including Western and Japanese food.
