Kiseto ware is made using a glaze made only from wood ash and clay, and the aim is to create a kiseto color that seems to seep out from the clay, which was called the "miraculous golden color" during the Momoyama period.

You can probably imagine sashimi and tempura platters, but there are also other dishes such as Zaru Soba and pasta.

Whatever you put on the table will make it more festive and your family will be happy.
