The result is an elegant piece of pottery, based on a crystalline white glaze.
The color will vary greatly depending on whether you fire the piece at the top or bottom of the kiln.
It can come out white, or if the crystals are strong it can have a silvery white hue... Or if you bake it at a high temperature it can produce blue crystals, making for an interesting piece of pottery.
The gentle texture and elegance of the dish make it suitable for both Japanese and Western styles. The color does not interfere with cooking and is easy to use as everyday dishware.
[Triangular bowl]
The bowl is shaped like an inverted triangular pyramid with a narrow base and a wide opening. It may look unstable at first glance, but it is actually quite stable once you put rice in it.
It can be used as a rice bowl or a udon bowl. Even if you put side dishes in it, it will be beautifully arranged because there is a lot of space.
